Even though this was fun, it was also very emotional for me! Every time someone entered I thought, "Oh, I would love for them to win!" I was so glad that this was to be a random drawing. I could never have made up my mind by myself! I really had to pray that the Lord would choose the winner, and he would help me to be satisfied with whomever HE chose, knowing that it was his will. I felt silly at first praying for this, thinking it kind of insignificant. But I know that we are to pray about everything, and I'm sure the Lord loves to hear from his children, for any reason. As I prepared the slips of paper with each person's name on them, I prayed for each of you. I wasn't expecting it, but I feel closer to you all after spending time in prayer, individually for you. Might I make a suggestion for all of you bloggers?..... Take your blogroll from time to time and pray for each of the people on it. We know enough about each other's lives to have an idea of each one's need. What a blessing that would be to so many people!

Pam, you're such a sweet lady. Thanks for praying for all of us. I can see how it would be a little emotional, I think I would probably feel the same way. I have been wanting to have a giveaway for a while, but just never have thought of a good occasion to do one. Who knows, maybe one day soon. They seem so fun.
