I wanted to do a quick post with a few pictures. We've had such nice weather this week, we couldn't resist getting out into it. The beginning of the week was still slightly chilly, but nice enough that the kids felt they just had to take a snack onto the balcony and eat in the sunshine.
Then, by today, the temperature reached 78, and is supposed to climb into the 80's tomorrow. We took the morning off from school and the kids set up their Cranium Super Fort on the balcony with plans to have a picnic lunch inside.
They had a great time, and I joined them outside with my lunch as well. [In case you're wondering.....I do take extra pictures with faces for my own photo albums!]
Now, if the weather would only stay like it is and not get much hotter, that would be perfect! But, I see my window of lovely spring days closing quickly. Soon it will be too hot to venture outside for long. We plan to enjoy it while we can!!

80 degrees in Fahrenheit...that's about 25 in Celsius, right? That's pretty nice!

Picnics are so fun! I love when spring rolls around. I'm not much of a cold weather gal.
Love the tent! I had to chuckle at the "faceless" scrapbook you could have! all the while people constantly asking..WHO IS THAT! ;)
You must make atleast one of memories for the kids! I'm sure they would get a kick out of it later.
Warm here then cold...sigh. My yard is trying to bloom! My little chickadee friends are peeping at me when I'm out side..they are sooo cute! I'll have to send the kids a photo.
