We found out a few days ago that my son has been given an appointment with a dermatologist for this Sunday afternoon. That is a very odd day for us to be going to the doctor, but for the locals, it's just the first day of their work week. I'm not sure what the doctor will do at this visit; so please just pray for the Lord's will to be done. I truly have a peace about the whole situation; just knowing that God is in control.

This week I've been trying to get some sewing done. I'm working on this dress for myself, and another one for my daughter.
I'm also going to try to get some modest bathing suits made for both of us. We would like to visit the Dead Sea before it gets too cold, but my daughter and I have nothing to wear. I'll post pictures of the dresses and bathing suits when I finish them.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A few nights ago my husband and a guy he works with went out for a run. I insisted that he bring his phone with him; even though it would be hard to run with it in his pocket. I'm so glad that I did! About an hour and a half after they started their run, I got a phone call saying they were lost. There seems to be a lot of that happening lately! (see this post) I got out my map of Jerusalem, which has been used a LOT since we've been here, and we figured out where they were. They were over 5 miles away from home, heading towards a restricted part of Israel. I got them steered in the right direction and my husband finally got home safely, exhausted from his 10 mile run.

I'm hoping to get out some tonight; and since this is the last day of Sukkot, I'll try to snap some more pictures of anything interesting!

So glad you were able to help him find his way home.
I can't wait to see pictures of what you sew.
Enjoy your weekend ~
