Maybe we'll get one right next to wal-mart. Just wishing!

I don't get it...is it a knock-off? A copycat? It's not the real thing with that name. I predict a trademark dispute.

Angel-- HA, a Wal-Mart, wouldn't that be something out here?!

GB-- too funny about the mix-up. I was a little puzzled for a minute when I saw Fifi's picture on there.
I have no idea what the owners of this place were thinking. It looks like it might have been there a while; I doubt the big guys even know about it.

This is too funny.... maybe you see stars once they tell you the COST of a cup o' coffee!! ;)

Let's see what would Wal-mart be called over there??

Wally's-Mart?

or how 'bout Piggly Wiggly!

You know who says it..don't you? ..Hoggly Woggly..that would be it!!

The closest thing that I have seen to a wal-mart over here is the Super Sol in Nesher near Haifa.

Too funny. I was just pondering how Western things seem to creep in all over.

I remember when we lived in Germany some shirts were in English, and the slang was not quite right. Isn't this how it always is?

Like the childhood telephone game we whisper in another's ear. By the end it is not the same message.

Thanks for sharing the interesting photo.

I just read in the news that Starbucks is shutting down nearly 600 stores this year.
